Empowering the Creators Who Shape Our World

First and foremost, I want to say this loud and clear: I have the utmost respect for every single person who creates. While I, unfortunately, have never stood on the frontlines of content creation myself, it is undeniably the world of anime and other forms of creative content that raised and shaped me. Even when I was in a completely different industry, I continued to run forward with one unwavering desire—to give back to the creative world that had given me so much. During my middle school years, I almost lost sight of the meaning of life amidst the monotony of each day. In high school, I had the chance to study abroad, but struggled to make friends and faced deep loneliness. As a working adult, I pushed myself to the limits in the business world, wearing down both body and mind. In all of these moments, it was content—stories, voices, emotions—that lifted me up, healed me, and helped me face forward again. The awe and hope I felt back then— Now it's my turn to return the favor to those who created them. Today, the anime industry is undergoing an unprecedented transformation. While its popularity continues to grow worldwide, production studios—already short-staffed—are facing even greater pressure. These structural challenges are becoming increasingly serious. Around the world, people are exploring ways to solve these issues with AI and new technologies. Of course, technological advancement is a wonderful thing. But if AI is used carelessly, it can easily erase the value and culture that creators have spent decades building. We should welcome innovation that improves our lives—but when it comes to the realm of creation, it’s not just about efficiency. It’s about passing down the soul poured into every work and the techniques honed by past generations. At Aniark, we are committed to driving the digital transformation of the anime and content industries. But what we hold most dear is the preservation of soul and craft for the future. We actively adopt AI and new technologies where they can help—but never at the cost of the prayers, passions, or humanity embedded in a creator’s work. Even in an age where AI becomes commonplace, we believe the heart and soul of the creator must still shine through. In fact, the more the world is filled with things delivered “automatically,” the more valuable human-centered, soul-infused creations will become. With that belief at our core, we walk forward—side by side with those on the frontlines of the industry. Because we’re close to the ground, we believe we can truly see: what needs to be said, what needs to be built, and what technology is genuinely worth delivering.
